Super Soups for Keeping Warm

Sipping on a nice warm bowl of soup can warm you from the inside out 
……….plus there are a lot of simple AND healthy recipes out there.

Here are a few of my favorites, from one of my go-to recipe sites, PaleoLeap.com

We had Basic Winter Vegetable Soup last night for dinner and I just had a bowl for an early lunch. Buying prechopped veggies can help if your joints are bothering you.

It has loads of veggies – I used chicken stock instead of vegetable stock and add paprika instead of cinnamon. I also used ginger essential oil (2 drops) instead of the fresh ginger) It was amazing, filling but not heavy and we had plenty of leftovers.

Another family favorite is this delish Taco Soup.

My hubby and daughter will add shredded cheese to it, and if beans don’t bother you, some added black beans are perfect.  Cumin or Cilantro. essential. oil along with Black Pepper are great additions to this recipe.
